#6. What's going on?

Hey all!
It's been over a month since I posted the last devlog! A lot has been happening since then, not many person's here would know this, but I'm an Industry Coach, I train person's looking to get into the Animation  Game Development Industry professionally within Jamaica. There's animators and developers in the country, but most of the erson's in the workforce do the jobs and roles that are basically the faces of the industry, not many of the other roles are being developed or marketted to the public at the moment (which also making it clear, doesn't mean they don't exist locally, they just aren't being explored as much). What do I mean by this? For example: When I mention Animators most persson's tend to think about the Character Animator who do... welll just that, main characters n such, but you also have Environment Animators, and Cycles Animators who do animations that show in the environment and animate background characters going about there regular daily lives in the films respectively. Or when I mention Game Development person's think you HAVE to be a programmer, otherwise, why try?
Those tend to be the roles I train person's in, and currently I'm running a course called: Architect Previz for Game Design a course on creating 3D buildings for video games and Arch Viz renders (3D simulations of houses before they are created).

It is fare to say it is going well!

This also do doesn't mean that I'm not working on the C# Programming Manual for Beginner Unity Dev's I still am, just can't put it on the front rows as much as before. I will be posting more devlogs on it, but will probably still be every 2 weeks - 4 weeks, I don't want to be that long, but not much happens in a day for me to post very often than that lol.

I'm working on updating the free version of the book with a lot more FAQ's that I've been able to look into more thanks to a new trainee that I am training thanks to a collaboration with another Academy. His input as a beginner helps me to tailor the FAQ to make it easier for you as beginners to navigate through and find what you need in using Unity.

Looking forward to updating you more and hearing from  more of you about anything! Thanks for commenting Shlok Gupta! I hope that the book will continue to serve as a tool that you will find pretty useful in your dev journey.

That's all I have to update you on for now... looking forward to another one in the near future, take care!
